About Me

Lashley Livingston, LPC, NCC

When dealing with life, whether it be school or workplace stress, to relationship and family conflicts, life is full of challenges. Trying to manage and cope with these stressors can severely impact every aspect of one’s day-to-day life mentally, emotionally, and environmentally.

Being a firm believer that if someone has healthy behaviors then a healthy mind will follow, I offer a helping hand in reaching personal goals and becoming a healthier person. Knowing and understanding are the first steps in recovering from struggles in life.

From personal experience, I know that sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help to see things clearly to move forward. I love helping people, watching people become empowered, and as a result becoming the best person that he or she can be.

Education:

I attended Georgia Southern University, where I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2012. Through this program, I did an internship at a forensic psychiatric hospital for adults in the Savannah area.

Clinical Specialities:

I also have experience working with clients who struggle with legal issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, anger management, personality disorders, and couple’s counseling.
